Do you provide bartending services?
Yes, we can provide bar tending services. One for the Road does not have a liquor license or food license per Indiana and Michigan state law. We are simply a party rental company specializing in renting mobile bars and adorable add-on items.
How far are you willing to travel?
We will travel 30 miles from 46617. There is a $2Â per mile charge, both ways, for delivery over 30 miles from our zip code.
If I change my mind on the date of my party can I switch my reservation?
Yes, but you will need to choose from another available date.
When is my final payment due? Can I do a payment plan?
We collect 50% of the rental fee up front as a non-refundable deposit to hold your date, then the rest is due 30 days prior to your event. If not paid on time, your event date and rental items are considered cancelled and will be released back into available inventory. We would be happy to set up installment payments leading up to the 30-day due date.
What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel less than 30 days out, your 50% deposit is non-refundable. However, we will let you pick another available rental date.
If you cancel with greater than 30 days out we will provide a full refund.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check or credit card. We are also open to working with Venmo, CashApp or Paypal.
How much does it cost to rent our trailer?
Your One for the Road experience should be as unique as your event. We have packages starting as low as $300. Please complete our quote form and we will reach out to start personalizing your package.
What is your policy for damaged products?
We do require a $500 refundable Damage Deposit that will go towards repairs or replacement. If the cost of repairs/replacement is over the amount of the Damage Deposit, you will be billed for those costs, in addition to the Damage Deposit.
Can you accomodate indoor venues.
Yes! They can be utilized anywhere they safely can fit. Dimensions for our Sunshine trailer are 8 ft tall, 7 ft wide, and 9 ft long Keep in mind, Sunshine our mobile bar, requires a tow vehicle that can pull through and drop her off.
What kind of power supply to I need?
Both of our mobile bars require household electricity on a designated outlet within 200 ft of the trailer. A generator can be rented, for an additional fee, if household power is unavailable.

Does One for the Road have insurance?
Of course!
Other Terms and Conditions
1. The trailer cannot be moved once we place it. It’s not safe for your or the trailer. Plus, there is a $250 fee for doing so.
2. No smoking in or around our bars. Kegs often use CO2 and Nitro canisters and they are flammable.
3. Know what is underground and overhead before we arrive, deliver and set-up. We are not responsible for any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, septic systems, overhead clearance such as electrical wires and tree branches, etc. Â
4. During the rental period, it is up to the customer to protect our bars and rental items from damage due to weather, unauthorized, illegal or improper use, and breakage. Â
5. If we feel the environment is not safe we will remove the trailer immediately.
6. If our bar won’t fit where you want it to, or we can’t easily access the area, we will not be able to park there.
7. 50% non-refundable deposit AND signed contract to reserve your date and rental items (quotes and orders are not final until received)
8. $500 damage deposit for mobile bar rental must be paid before rental date.
